A pioneering entrepreneur in the field of motion design, Will has launched multiple industry giants. As a mentor to those within his studios, and currently as a professor at Savannah College of Art & Design, Will has inspired a generation of artists, and in the process created a significant body of mind-bottling work for major clients around the globe.

In 1995, he launched Digital Kitchen, a seminal force in the motion-design revolution that took the power of design and motion and gave it to the kids.

In 2001, Will co-founded Fad, which grew to Süperfad, which grew to three offices nationwide (and one in London), with a staff of over 100 designers, animators, editors and artists.

In 2013, he started Strange & Wonderful, an exploratorium of exquisiteness where he continues to think strange thoughts and make wonderful things.

Will is currently working as a Professor of Motion Media & Design at SCAD in Savannah, GA, where he is focused on inspiring the next generation of motion designers, with a focus on cinematography and typography in motion design.
