In 1991, fresh out of university, Will was a founding member of The Stranger, a scathingly sharp-witted weekly newspaper that burst onto Seattle’s red-hot music scene and still rules today.

In 1995, he launched Digital Kitchen, a seminal force in the motion-design revolution that took the power of design and motion and gave it to the kids.

In 2001, Will co-founded Fad, which grew to Süperfad, which grew to three offices nationwide (and one in London), with a staff of over 100 designers, animators, editors and artists.

In 2013, he started Strange & Wonderful, an exploratorium of exquisiteness where he continues to think strange thoughts and make wonderful things.
